Some common questions about rentals

When included data has been used service will continue, charges will be: £150 per 50 GByte

A deposit of £250 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the equipment.

Replacement Charges (applicable if an item is not returned or item is damaged upon return) :

Waterproof Case - £100

Car Charger - £50

Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Cancellation policy:


UK

1. Rentals cancelled 14 days or more prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 95% refund of the total rental cost.

2. Rentals cancelled 13 days or less prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.

Please note: The security deposit is refunded less any additional charges.
