  • When included minutes have been used service will continue charges will be: £2.49 per minute for voice calls to landlines or mobiles and data calls
  • Voice Calls to Satellite Phones and Ascension, Australian Antarctic Bases, Gambia, Kiribati, St Helena, Tuvalu landlines and mobiles (not included in inclusive minutes) - £ 15.00 per minute
  • Late return daily charge - £20 per day

  • A deposit of £1500 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the equipment.
  • Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Cancellation policy:

1. Rentals cancelled 14 days or more prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 95% refund of the total rental cost.
2. Rentals cancelled 13 days or less prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: The security deposit is refunded less any additional charges.
