Additional Usage Costs

  • Once included minutes are exhausted, voice calls to UK, US, or EU landlines and mobiles will be charged at £1.99 per minute.
  • Voice calls to all other landlines and mobiles not listed below will be charged at £1.99 per minute.
  • Voice calls to Satellite Phones and the following destinations (never included in inclusive minutes) will be charged at £10.00 per minute: Angola, Ascension, Australian Antarctic Bases, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Gambia, Kiribati, Kosovo, Libya, Maldives, Nauru, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Samoa Western, Solomon Islands, St Helena, Togo, Tokelau, Tonga, Tunisia, Tuvalu, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu.
  • Text messages £0.60 per message (if available).
  • Late return daily charge - £20 per day.

  • A deposit of £400 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the equipment.
  • Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Replacement Charges (applicable if an item is not returned or item is damaged upon return) :

  • Handset - £700 or satphone.co.uk price at the time (whichever is higher)
  • Battery - £150
  • Antenna - £400
  • Mains Charger - £100
  • Solar charger - £300
  • Rugged Case - £100
  • Mains Charger - £100


Late return daily charge - £20 per day (unless otherwise specified)

Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Cancellation policy:


UK

1. Rentals cancelled 14 days or more prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 95% refund of the total rental cost.

2. Rentals cancelled 13 days or less prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.

Please note: The security deposit is refunded less any additional charges.
