Cancellation policy:
UK
1. Rentals cancelled 14 days or more prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 95% refund of the total rental cost.
2. Rentals cancelled 13 days or less prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: The security deposit is refunded less any additional charges.
