Additional rental charges will be deducted from this deposit.
PLEASE NOTE:

- Any unspent proportion of the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card after the return of the rental equipment
and production of final rental bill (takes up to 45 days after the end of rental)
- Unused pre purchased minutes are non refundable.

Additional Charges and Information:

-A deposit of £800 is required, this will be refunded less any additional charges upon safe receipt of the equipment.
-We do not offer technical support for data services (ie configuration of computer) however full technical support is provided for all other services.
-Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Additional Usage Costs

When included minutes have been used service will continue charges will be: £2.49 per minute for voice calls to landlines or mobiles and data calls
*Voice Calls to Satellite Phones and Ascension, Australian Antarctic Bases, Gambia, Kiribati, St Helena, Tuvalu landlines and mobiles (not included in inclusive minutes) - £15.00 per minute
Late return daily charge - £20 per day

Replacement Charges (applicable if an item is not returned or item is damaged upon return) :

-Handset - £1,500 or satphone.co.uk price at the time (whichever is higher)
-Rugged Case - £100
-Mains Charger - £100
-DC Car Charger - £100

-Solar charger - £300

Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Cancellation policy:

UK
1. Rentals cancelled 14 days or more prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 95% refund of the total rental cost.
2. Rentals cancelled 13 days or less prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
