When pre-purchased Airtime Bundle minutes have been used up service will continue, charges will be: £2.49 per minute for voice (to landlines or mobiles).

Inclusive minutes are valid for calls to UK landlines, mobiles, voicemail. Calls outside of the bundle or non UK numbers (and not to destinations listed at £15 per minute) are £2.49 per minute.

Calls to satellite phones or Ascension, Australian Antarctic Bases, Gambia, Kiribati, St Helena, Tuvalu landlines and mobile are not included in inclusive minutes and will be charged at £15 per minute.

Pre-purchased Airtime Bundle minutes CANNOT be topped up after initial purchase.

Text messages £0.60 per message (if available).

Late return daily charge - £20 per day

Replacement Charges (applicable if an item is not returned or item is damaged upon return) : Handset - £1,500 or satphone.co.uk price at the time (whichever is higher)

Solar charger - £300
Soiled undamaged items are subjected to a £50 cleaning charge.

Cancellation policy:
UK
1. Rentals cancelled 7 days prior to the rental start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
2. Rentals cancelled 2 days prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: The security deposit is refunded less any additional charges.


We do not offer technical support for data services (ie configuration of computer) however full technical support is provided for all other services.
